KiDS body shop provides gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months through 5 yrs of age.  Our sister gym, Omaha Gymnastics Academy provides gymnastics for children 5 yrs. older and tumbling classes for children 6 yrs. & older.  Classes are held Monday through Thursday (days and/or evenings) and Saturday mornings under the School-Year Schedule.  Children younger than 3 years are accompanied in our Gym Tots class by their parent. Parents of KinderGym students 3-5 years old view classes from our climate-controlled lobby. If it is necessary to have a sibling with you, please keep child close to you.

Gym Tots
Gym Tots is a class for toddlers (18 to 36 months) who come into our gym with Mom or Dad for a fun-filled 40 minutes each week.  MORE INFORMATION

KinderGym
Our KinderGym class is aimed at children ages 3-5 years old. Children must be completely potty trained and have celebrated their 3rd birthday to join this class. KinderGym students are introduced to gymnastics each week during their 1 hour class.   MORE INFORMATION
