Other Activities 

Besides gymnastics, KiDS body shop also provides several additional activities which are open to the public. Below is a list of other activities that are available to the community.

Field Trips

Open Play Day
Open Play Day is a time when you and your children (ages 6 & younger) can come enjoy our gym. (Note: During different times of the year, we may expand the ages to 12 yrs. and younger.)

Parents Night Out
Your kids can enjoy a night at the gym while you enjoy a night out (or in)! This event is usually scheduled around holidays (Oct., Nov., Dec., Feb., April) and may also be scheduled at other times of the year.
